If you give too much attention to what other people think of you, or how many likes you get on @instagram, or how stupid you might look if you fail— you need to drop that like a bad habit, because it is.

You can choose how you think. It’s a habit that takes time to build. When you stop focusing on the stupid stuff that doesn’t matter, you get to redirect your attention so you can actually accomplish your goals.

The first step is to figure out what you’re wasting your attention on. What stupid thing do you need to stop focusing on?
